What's your favorite technology? Laptop? Tablet computer? Smart phone? mp3 player? Wii and Kinect? Video Games? Robotics - oh! That would be mine. I love that robots do so many of the dull, dirty, dangerous, and difficult chores for us. Robots inspect the insides of sewer pipes (dirty and smelly!). They paint our cars and vacuum our floors and carpets (dull, boring!). They help identify explosive devices (dangerous). And they help doctors with surgery (the da Vinci robot -very difficult work).
Tell me something about the technology you like best. You can post a comment about more than one favorite technology.

More on Cloud computing
Cloud computing has been around for several years. It's called cloud computing because the data and applications exist on a "cloud" of Web servers that may be anywhere in the world.
Cloud Computing Architecture (How the Cloud is structured)
Think of the cloud as being divided into two sections: the front end and the back end. They connect to each other through a network, usually the Internet.
The front end is the side we as computer users, or clients, see. The front end includes the client's computer (or computer network) and the application required to access the cloud computing system. Those applications can be your browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer) or unique applications developed just to get to the cloud.
The back end is the "cloud" section of the system. It's made up of the various computers, servers and data storage systems needed to provide the "cloud" of computing services. In
theory, a cloud computing system could include practically any computer
program you can imagine, from data processing to video games. Usually,
each application will have its own dedicated server.

What is a Blog?
Blogs are like online journals. They are websites where the blogger writes and posts entries (articles or photos or videos). The entries are called "posts" and are put in chronological order with the newest ones at the opening page of the blog.

Now add a comment about what you learned about blogs and if you think you'd ever want to start a blog. If you did, what topic would you want to blog about?
